Our client requires a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support both the client’s Legal Services & Privacy with Operational Excellence initiatives by leading requirements elicitation, process design, and solution analysis across key workstreams including intake, service model, reporting, and enabling technology. The role is critical to translating business needs into actionable requirements to enable a structured legal and privacy operating model, improved intake and triage processes, and data-driven reporting capabilities.
Work is hybrid with 3 days a week remote and 2 days a week in the office at the client location in Victoria BC. Resource will be responsible for any travel or travel related expenses occurred while performing services.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7 years Business Systems Analysis experience.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in: Requirements elicitation and documentation, business process modelling (BPMN or equivalent) and workflow and service model design
- Minimum 7 years’ experience with: Intake / case management / service delivery processes, data and reporting requirements (dashboards, KPIs) and working with cross-functional teams (business + IT).
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in Legal & Privacy Operations environments
- Familiarity with service catalogues and intake models
- Familiarity with enterprise tooling (e.g., workflow/case management, reporting tools)
- Experience supporting phased / agile delivery models
