Our client requires a Technical Analyst to provide technical support and assistance with computing hardware, software, computer peripherals, digital office equipment, and data network and work closely with various departments and project teams to ensure the smooth operation of TI Corp’s IT infrastructure.

Assignments will include troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly, supporting and facilitating regular system updates/patches and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security, assisting with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, and maintaining accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in TI Corp’s ticketing system.

This resource will also provide training and support to end users both virtually and onsite at various offices in the lower mainland, collaborate with other IT teams to address complex technical issues, and provide support for special technology projects such as workstation refreshes, boardroom equipment refreshes, office moves, and new office installations as needed.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology discipline combined with Information Technology certifications such as:
    • CompTIA A+
    • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
    • Preference will be given to those individuals that have the broadest level of certification
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ demonstrated experience as a Desktop Support Analyst and/or IT Support Specialist.
  • Preference will be given to individuals with experience using JIRA by Atlassian.
