Our client requires a project manager to lead complex digital health and healthcare IT initiatives, overseeing end to end delivery of software implementations, including workforce management systems, patient safety and incident reporting solutions, and clinical device implementations. This role requires expertise in healthcare project management, Agile and traditional delivery methodologies, organizational change management (Prosci/ADKAR), and collaboration with multi site stakeholders. The resource will drive scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality while ensuring adoption of mission critical healthcare technologies.

Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)

Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Requirements Include: 

  • Valid PMP Certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
  • Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)

Requirements Include: 

  • 15 years’ experience as a project manager in a healthcare environment developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee.
  • 7 years’ experience as a project manager working on software development projects in the healthcare sector.
  • organizational change management strategies and plans in a healthcare setting.
  • 3 years’ experience developing business cases with input from multiple sites, assessing cost and savings providing options and recommendations.
  • 3 years’ experience managing the implementation of Staff Scheduling workforce management software projects. Experience should include Standardizing HR/payroll/scheduling reports.
  • 2 years of experience as a project manager working on projects relating to the implementation of a patient safety and critical incident reporting solution in a healthcare setting.
  • 1 year of experience as a project manager working on projects relating to physiological monitoring devices in a healthcare setting.
