Our client requires an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to perform change management to integrate new technologies into the healthcare environment.
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.
Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)
Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Valid Six Sigma certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications.
- 7 years’ experience in project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources.
- 6 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare.
- 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations.
- 1 year of experience working on projects relating to the implementation of a patient safety and critical incident reporting solution in a healthcare setting.
- 2 years’ experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
