Our client requires a Project Admin to support the organized coordination and delivery of administrative services for the effective operation of the Project Management Office. Through the application of appropriate administrative practices, the Project Administrator ensures accurate documentation, efficient office processes, and timely communication across stakeholder groups.
Ability to pass criminal record check is required. Enhanced background check may be required for certain projects.
Work is onsite at client location in Winnipeg, MB.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing administrative support in an office environment
- Experience supporting senior staff, managers, or teams with administrative coordination
- Experience maintaining records, documentation, filing systems, and tracking tools
- Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, logistics, and general office activities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities within administrative processes
- Strong communication skills, including professional oral and written communication
- Proficiency with office software, document management tools, and standard administrative systems
