Our client requires an agile coach to work hands-on with mature Agile teams by advancing their practices and ingraining Agile principles in how they deliver value. Must have experience coaching teams that already have years of Agile practice. This role is not a project management role, and not focused on delivery roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risk backlogs, or dependency management.
Remote work from within Canada.

Responsibilities
- Agile Coaching in Agile transformation engagements that are longer than 2 years
- Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and cultivate high-performing, self-organizing teams.
- Educate and coach teams and leaders on the uptake and adoption of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
- Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.
- Develop and manage Agile growth and maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
- Deliver training to build Agile capability across the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration
Mandatory Requirements
Required Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training.
- Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks.
- Must have experience coaching mature Agile teams—not teams new to Agile. Candidates must show experience helping long-established Agile teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity.
- Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding mature teams through continuous improvement cycles.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to influence change, cross-functional collaboration, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.
- Experience with Agile metrics.
- Supplemental training on Agile delivery and/or coaching would be considered an asset.
- Advanced facilitation skills for leading Agile ceremonies, design-thinking workshops, and problem-solving sessions with experienced Agile teams.
- Ability to measure Agile maturity improvements and articulate how coaching actions improved team value delivery
