SAP Change Manager
Our client requires a change manager to join the SAP (ERP) transformation team to work with internal groups and creates strategies and content to effectively manage change deliverables that will enable impacted stakeholders to successfully transition from their current state to the future state. Responsibilities include managing change requests, conducting change impact analysis and readiness assessments, plus develop and implement change plans, communication plans, training plans, resistance management plans, communication and training materials. The resource will report to the Associate Director – Communications, OCM, and Training.
Resource will work hybrid and will need to be in the office 1-2 days every 2 weeks. Standard Hours of work are 08:15 – 16:30 Alberta time. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site.
