We require a Bilingual (French and English) Organizational Change Manager to support our client’s significant organizational transformation to align with new priorities, budget objectives, and evolving expectations. This includes structural changes, cultural renewal, and strategic repositioning to ensure the client organization remains science-driven, impact-focused, risk-tolerant, and excellent in delivery. The successful resource must have proven success working with senior and executive leadership in supporting change management initiatives in a public-sector agency or a medium-sized organization (approximately 100–1,000 employees).
In addition to the in progress organizational transformation, the client is also conducting an A-base review and other evaluation activities to optimize resource allocation and performance. These initiatives must be integrated with change management efforts to ensure coherence and evidence-based decision-making. Improving organizational culture is a key priority, informed by survey results and ongoing engagement with staff to foster collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.
This work will require strong change management and transformation expertise to support leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and readiness for change, while ensuring timing aligns with organizational review activities and federal government budget cycles.
Work under this contract will be conducted in a hybrid format, remote at the Contractor’s facility with the exceptions of in-person stakeholder consultations and client meetings in Ottawa, ON.
