Our client requires a Trainer to train and outreach for the Procurement System Modernization initiative. The role conducts learning needs and audience analysis; defines role-based strategies and delivery approaches; and designs, develops, facilitates, evaluates, and maintains instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, multimedia, digital adoption, and performance support solutions. The role works with business and technical stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve competing feedback, manage multiple deliverables and risks, and maintain training quality, accessibility, consistency, and currency through established governance. The Trainer will utilize learner feedback, assessments, performance and adoption insights to improve solutions, and provides guidance to junior contributors.

our client requires a Communication Specialist to develop communication strategies and products that effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders. This will support organizational change, executive messaging, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives of the new Technology Services. 

 

Material deliverables include executive communications, organizational announcements, employee communications, presentation development, branding, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational communications. 

 

Work is onsite in Edmonton, AB
