Our client requires a part-time senior Integration Suite consultant to act as technical lead/advisor for the client’s migration project. The client has a project team of very experienced SAP Process Orchestration developers, and the team has experience and training in Integration Suite. The client is looking for senior Integration Suite consultants to act as technical lead/advisor who would assess the migration complexity of each interface, determine the best migration strategy, create the technical task list, identify the interdependencies, guide and monitor the work of client’s integration (SAP PO) team, troubleshoot technical blockers and keep the ERP Modernization Program Management abreast of the status of the migration initiative. The consultant will work with the management to set up interface and API governance model for the new technical architecture.

The client does not anticipate this being a full-time engagement. It is anticipated that most of the hands-on work will be performed by client’s existing integration (SAP PO) team. Work will be on demand as required, based on mutual availability. The maximum being up to 70 Hours bi-weekly. The role is on demand and the weekly number of hours will be pre-determined and arranged based on mutual agreement between the IT team and consultant. On average the weekly hours may be around 10hrs (however, this is not guaranteed at this time).

Work is remote or on-site at the client location in Burnaby, BC.

Our client requires a Project Manager with demonstrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation experience to provide project leadership, coordination, and oversight for the replacement of the client’s corporate revenue management, taxation, utility billing, and cash management systems.

Working under the direction of the Project Steering Committee, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and project closeout. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, implementation partners, and governance bodies to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and business objectives.

In addition to traditional project management responsibilities, the Project Manager will be expected to support business analysis, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, communications, risk and issue management, governance activities, procurement support, vendor management, and implementation coordination throughout the duration of the project.

Resource will work remotely however, attendance at in-person meetings, workshops, project sessions, stakeholder engagements, and governance meetings will be required when requested by the client. Resource must be able and willing to travel as required to support project delivery. Standard Hours of work are 08:15 – 16:30 Alberta time.
