Our client requires a junior project manager for expansion of an existing digital health drug repository to provide clinicians with more complete medication and pharmacy service information across patient care settings. The initiative will incorporate dispensed medication data from Pharmacy Management Systems and hospitals to support improved medication management, patient safety, electronic health workflows, and more efficient transitions of care. Resource will support onboarding of clinical sites to a digital health drug repository, including site/client engagement, client management, and stakeholder coordination (site/virtual training). Responsibilities include managing site contract activities, service change requests, user support, troubleshooting, project/issue management and related project documentation to support successful deployment and project go-live schedules.
Work is onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with project management experience supporting electronic health-related projects
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards, version-control, and storage.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience knowledge of healthcare information systems, pharmacy management systems and / or hospital information systems
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience with the management of project or program communications including both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning and quality management)
- Time management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management; knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body i
- Experience working on and delivering multiple projects
- Demonstrated project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project, MS Teams etc.
Desirable Requirements
- College/University undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
