Our client requires one or more licensed Oracle specialists to help with applications to be transitioned to the Oracle cloud to enhance system performance, provide scalability and security and allow for modernization. It is imperative that a qualified Oracle Licensing Specialist is available during the transition to efficiently navigate these changes.
Work is remote.
Regina, Saskatchewan (Remote)
Mandatory Requirements
- Demonstrated experience establishing a process for Oracle license and product requests.
- Demonstrated experience conducting an annual audit / review of the licensing of Oracle environments to maximize entitlements and identify deficiencies and issues.
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients in the review of Oracle software entitlements at all product levels.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing client requirements to provide the most cost-effective solutions available. (This requirement will be heavily weighted.)
- Demonstrated experience providing educational support on best practices and efficiencies to clients on Oracle products and services.
Desirable Requirements
- Government experience (This is weighted heavily)
- Demonstrated familiarity and experience with Rimini Street’s Global License and Advisory Services for Oracle Applications, including identifying and managing licensing that can be de-supported (This requirement will be heavily weighted)
- Demonstrated experience in using organizational change management skills and creating strategies and plans to lead successful change in an organization.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating and conducting business process mapping workshops, and requirements gathering sessions for eliciting true requirements.
- Demonstrated experience writing detailed business process documentation, business and technical requirements, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience with contract review and consultation, including, at minimum:
- Experience in reviewing contracts, including Resource Contracts and Master Terms and Conditions;
- Ability to work with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms; and
- Providing industry expertise of comparable size and complexity for contracts.
- Demonstrate experience providing guidance during annual audits, assisting clients in identifying deficiencies and issues, and finding opportunities to maximize entitlements.
- Demonstrate experience with:
- Applying Oracle expertise when transitioning applications to Oracle Cloud
- Working with Oracle representatives on behalf of the stakeholders.
- Providing stakeholders with applicable reporting and advice on an as needed basis.
