Our client requires a Senior Technical Advisor for as-needed and as-available engagement providing specialized technical advisory support for their internal business systems – OMNI, Envoy, ERMA, and their integrations with Lending, Insurance, and AgriStability. The duties involve advising in areas of complex troubleshooting, architectural and operational guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to the clients’ resources to reduce key person dependency and support continuity as these systems evolve.
Work is primarily remote.

Mandatory Requirements
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of OMNI and Envoy application architecture, including custom development, integrations, dependencies, business logic, and operational considerations.
- Extensive institutional and technical knowledge of core business systems, including Lending, Insurance, and AgriStability, and how these systems interact across technology ecosystem.
- Strong historical knowledge of application environment and architectural decisions, including design rationale, known constraints, technical debt, and system dependencies.
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex cross-system issues within environment, particularly where OMNI, Envoy, and core business applications intersect.
- The ability to provide rapid knowledge transfer and technical guidance to development and architecture resources, reducing transition risk and strengthening internal capability.
- Deep knowledge of records and information management architecture, including ERMA custom development, integrations, business logic, and operational considerations.
