Our client requires a Senior Business Analyst to provide targeted business analysis support by working alongside the client’s business SMEs, product owners, technical leads, architects, testers, and implementation partners to develop, document, refine, and validate clear, testable, and implementation-ready Acceptance Criteria for ONE ID 2.0 user stories. This work will help ensure the ONE ID 2.0 backlog is sufficiently defined, traceable, and ready for design, build, testing, and implementation activities.
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- Public Sector experience is a must have
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 3+ years in senior BA roles supporting large-scale digital or identity-related programs.
- Proven experience developing detailed, testable requirements, process flows, workflows, functional specifications, and implementation-ready system documentation.
- Experience within digital identity, access management, authentication, authorization, or interoperability domains.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder public-sector or health-sector environments.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of digital identity frameworks such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, or NIST 80063.
- Experience working in health information management, provider data, or digital health ecosystems.
- Familiarity with public-sector governance, privacy, and cybersecurity considerations.
- Proficiency with tools including Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro/Lucid, Visio, and Excel.
- Experience working with solution integrators and large vendor teams.
