Our client requires a Business Analyst with a Prince 2 certification, 6 years of experience in a healthcare environment, and 2 years of experience with EMR systems to join a project meant to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
Onsite services will be required for meetings and other project work at client location in Winnipeg, MB. Some services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis (Proof of Degree, Diploma or Certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- 10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Duties should include documenting customer requirements and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
- 6 years’ experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis of healthcare service delivery and working with clinical stakeholders.
- 5 years’ experience testing integration between healthcare information systems using the HL7 (Health level 7) integration standard with information systems to be implemented in a clinical environment.
- 5 years’ experience as a quality assurance analyst including testing and creating test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing and documenting results.
- 2 years’ experience working with Electronic Medical Record in a healthcare environment.
