Our client requires an experienced Change Manager to support healthcare technology and process transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include leading change readiness, stakeholder analysis, risk identification, communications strategy, training curriculum development, and adoption activities for clinical, EHR, and information technology implementations across complex environments.
Onsite services will be required for meetings and other project work at client location in Winnipeg, MB. Some services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology or process solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans.
- 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching.
- 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations.
- 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in a large, complex environment.
- 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing or upgrading the EEIS (Enrollment and Episodic Information Sharing) or similar EHR (Electronic Health Record) in a clinical environment.
