Our client requires a Guidewire Business Analyst to assess the current Guidewire BillingCenter implementation, identify root causes of operational challenges, and recommend process, automation, configuration, and efficiency improvements aligned with Guidewire best practices. Responsibilities include reviewing delinquency lifecycle processes, billing and payment operations. This includes Guidewire BillingCenter and PolicyCenter dependencies, production defects, integrations, controls, and opportunities to leverage out-of-the-box Guidewire functionality.
Work is remote or onsite.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gathering business requirements and resolving production issues and elaborating enhancements.
- Must have business analysis experience with Guidewire Billing centre specifically.
- Expert level experience with Guidewire billing centre platform.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), or other industry-recognized designation/certification.
- Advanced knowledge of techniques in eliciting requirements, including business, technical, nonfunctional, security, and testing requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of various software development lifecycles and project delivery processes (e.g., agile, waterfall).
- Advanced skill in documenting epics, features, and user stories.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Guidewire InsurCloud for Canada
- Experience in the Canadian insurance property and casualty industry
