Our client requires a Junior level Business Analyst to join a business support team that is foundational to a wide range of digital health solutions used by healthcare professionals across Ontario. The resource will support EHR modernization and Change Management and Adoption initiatives and are required to meet operational demands and support the growing portfolio of client initiatives.
Work is hybrid with 1 day per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments.
- Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding.
- Strong attention to detail with specific focus on data integrity.
- Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills, including experience communicating with clients and partners in an operational environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes.
- Public Sector experience is preferred
Desirable Requirements
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
- Knowledge of ITSM practices
- Proven ability to work within IAM (Identity and Access Management) framework
- Experience in the digital health ecosystem
