Our client requires a product analyst to execute user story acceptance tests, support team members, investigate incidents, understand business needs, and ensure high-quality development before release. Responsibilities include managing JIRA stories, corporate forms, business requirements, incidents, and enhancement requests, while ensuring development standards and facilitating problem-solving with stakeholders.
Work is hybrid. Regina, SK is the preferred location (2-3 days a week from client Regina office). Locations outside of Regina may be considered for remote.

Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
- Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms.
- Evaluate/develop business requirements.
- Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
- Provide user story and solution support to team members.
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
