Our client requires two (2) Trainers to lead enterprise ERP training and outreach for a large-scale business transformation environment, including role-based training strategy, learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and delivery planning. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and facilitating complex instructor-led, virtual, blended, and online learning solutions while maintaining training governance, quality assurance, accessibility, version control, and continuous improvement processes. Trainers will work with stakeholders, SMEs, business process owners, vendors, and change networks to support learner readiness, performance outcomes, and effective adoption of ERP-related processes across finance, HCM/payroll, supply chain, and related business functions.
Resource will work onsite at client location in Edmonton, AB.

Mandatory Requirements
- University graduation in a related field (such as Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration or related) plus four (4) years progressively responsible related experience OR diploma in a related field and a minimum six (6) years of progressively responsible work experience; or equivalent as described below.
- Equivalency: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:
- 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or
- 1 year of experience for 1 year of education.
- Equivalency: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:
- 3 years’ experience developing communication materials.
- 3 years’ experience leading curriculum design projects from inception to completion.
- 3 years’ experience with ERP systems training (e.g., Finance, HCM/Payroll, Supply Chain Management).
Desirable Requirements
- 3 years demonstrated experience collaborating on cross-functional teams to meet critical, time-sensitive deadlines and communicating to diverse audiences.
- 3 years demonstrated experience with training evaluation methods including formative and summative evaluation approaches.
- 3 years demonstrated knowledge of training needs analyses and competency development frameworks.
- 3 years’ experience developing computer-based training using eLearning Authoring Tools or Screen Recorder & Video Editor tools such as Articulate 360 or similar
- 3 years’ experience developing and implementing effective training plans.
- 3 years’ experience developing multimedia and graphical learning content to support training materials.
- 2 years’ experience utilizing AI Productivity Tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, Gemini, NotebookLM) to enhance content development and workflow efficiency.
- 2 years’ experience with Digital Adoption Tools (e.g., WalkMe) for creating in-application guidance and support.
- 3 years’ working knowledge of SAP applications is an asset.
